A Pleurothallis with one to two inch, rough textured, succulent, almond shaped leaves which stay recumbent to the growing surface. Flowers have thick, substantial, fused ventral, ruby red sepals and a striking white center. Best grown in brighter, drier conditions than most Pleurothallis species.
