Intermediate to Cool - Potted - Peru - Species - Mature

6 to 10 inch plant - large 5 inch flowers are vivid orange partially covered with florescent purple hairs - this species is the basis of much of modern masdevallia hybrid breeding - though native to the high Andes of Peru it can grow in intermediate to cool conditions.
