Description
Intermediate - Potted- Ecuador - Species - Mature
This plant was collected by Walter Teague in the 1970's and has been grown by a hobbyist in California ever since, showing how vigorous this clone is. The flowers are large and bloom in profusion around the base of the 7 inch plant. Unlike many in this section of coriaceae, angulata has a light sweet fragrance of grape soda.
Many large heavy textured maroon and pink 1 1/2 inch flowers are produced around base of 6 to 8 inch coriaceous leaves.
