This year marks approximately 55 years of summer sales by J&L Orchids in Easton CT (we still don't know exactly when it started, but 1969 is the earliest record we could find). 

This year our sale will be 20% off all orchids and there will be a few bench clearing specials too!

We thank you all for your support in making this nursery possible and able to survive through so many once in a lifetime events!

We have two new guest vendors: Tim Culbertson, an orchid breeder and AOS judge from California, and KT from Charlia Orchids, who grows Phalaenopsis and Paphiopedilums in Brooklyn NY.  We also have PK from Kelley's Korner Orchid Supplies and Beth from Waldor Orchids (Saturday only).

Tim Culbertson began growing orchids after his time working at Longwood Gardens and has since served as an accredited judge with the American Orchid Society. While Paphiopedilums have long been his passion, he now grows his own high quality hybridized plants of various species.

Charlia Orchids began in 2020 to create experimental Paphiopedilum and Phalaenopsis hybrids, and to grow species from seed for more genetic diversity. In addition to working on Orchidex (an educational platform for exploring the world of orchids), Charlia Orchids is developing a fragrance line that celebrates the orchid family's unique aromachemical profiles.
